The investment fund EXTENDAM enriches its portfolio with a new hotel site in Epernay

The investment fund EXTENDAM (dedicated to investing in SMEs and having M€ 600 in assets under management), AMC INVESTISSEMENTS (specialized in hotel management) and several family offices have formed a joint venture to invest in the hotel industry in Champagne.

It bought a hotel complex located in Epernay as well as its real estate.

This operation reinforces the position of EXTENDAM in the hotel sector, which is one of the pillars of its investment strategy in tangible assets.
