ARJOWIGGINS : MBO on its branch specialized in polypropylene

PRIPLAK, leader in thin gauge polypropylene sheets, is sold by ARJOWIGGINS to its managers via a MBO.

This transaction was supervised by the Commercial Court because ARJOWIGGINS was subject of an insolvency procedure in France and in UK.

P&A was in charge of the legal aspects of the MBO and of the transaction.
