EXTENDAM (M€ 700 assets under management) and AMC INVESTISSEMENTS (specialized in hotel management) formed a partnership to invest into the construction and the opening of two new hotels operated under ACCOR franchise. P&A advised in the creation of the joint venture and subsequently in the financing and the construction of the hotel (“off plans”).

The French group F.C.H continues to diversify its portfolio of investments in Alsace by investing in hotels. The group acquired a hotel complex located in Strasbourg, as well as its real estate. In this operation, P&A was the adviser of the purchaser.

P&A assisted the group of FOREST HILL (pioneer and one of the leaders of the management of sports facilities) in the transfer of a resort hotel including the real estate property (250 rooms 4 stars) in favor of KKR, SILVERBACK ans SCHRODER.

The investment fund EXTENDAM (dedicated to investing in SMEs and with M€ 600 in assets under management) is once again associated with AMC INVESTISSEMENTS (specialized in hotel management) through the creation of a new investment vehicle.
