The investment fund EXTENDAM and AMC INVESTISSEMENTS invest in Saint Etienne (Lyon area)

EXTENDAM (M€ 700 assets under management) and AMC INVESTISSEMENTS (specialized in hotel management) formed a partnership to invest into the construction and the opening of two new hotels operated under ACCOR franchise.

P&A advised in the creation of the joint venture and subsequently in the financing and the construction of the hotel (“off plans”).
